Apologies for this late post! It seems no matter how I rested I am on the weekend, I am never ready for the week ahead.
I feel like I did a lot better than last week. I exercised three times but I did get busy towards the end of the week and did not get to walk as usual. But, it’s better than nothing, right?
I’m tracking my food intake (as well as the caloric intake) and I have to say, I think I’m doing well. I have yet to weigh myself for this month so we shall see.
