A few mishaps today but new adventures today also!
My week last week was good! I exercised three times last week – those were planned, the rest of the days were a collective time. Sometimes e cerise comes in the most unexpected places.
Like, food shopping. I usually take an hour to an hour and a half for food shopping.
I’ve also been more conscious about my diet. I’ve been trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables.
